We would encourage you to give your bike a quick clean before bringing it in to us, especially if itís having a Standard Service. Extra cleaning of bikes will cost!

The mechanic will always assess your bike before starting work, and record the findings on a checklist. They will call you to confirm prices before any new parts are fitted. Please leave a telephone number that you can be contacted on. We will not continue with any work until we have the green light.

Any worn/broken parts will be disposed of unless otherwise requested.

We reserve the right to charge for storage if bikes are not collected within a reasonable time.
